Will you transfer my current site over to Tech Carolina?
We support cPanel, if your current site is using it there is
a good chance we can transfer it for you. If you are not
currently using cPanel, we will give it our best shot.
What is Fantastico?
Fantastico is a program created by Netenberg.com which allows
simple installation of scripts with no experience necessary.

Does Tech Carolina offer custom packages?
YES!!! In fact, that is what we want to do. We know that each client
has specific needs. Just contact us at
support@techcarolina.com and
we can put together a custom package for you or your company.
What if I need more space and/or bandwidth?
Not a problem. Just contact our support team and we can upgrade your
hosting plan to suit your needs. This is a much better value than
paying for extra space and bandwidth seperately.
Will Tech Carolina install my programs or scripts for me?
In general, no. We can for a small fee, just contact our support team.
It would be next to impossible for us to support that service on all accounts.
Although, if we manage your website for you, script installation comes with
your hosting plan.
How long will it take to setup my new account?
Once your order is placed, our system will automatically run fraud tests to
verify your order's authenticity. If your order passes, it will immediately
be setup. You will receive a welcome email with all your account details such
as DNS info, login info, and more within a few minutes of placing your order.
If your order fails one or more of the fraud tests, it will need to be manually
reviewed by our support staff, and we may ask you for additional information
before activating your account. Also, keep in mind that once you update your
nameservers it could take between 24 and 48 hours before your site is available
online.
How do I send updates if I have a website managed by Tech Carolina?
Easy. Just send us an email at
updates@techcarolina.com
with the details of your update request along with any attachments/images and we will promptly update
your site for you. Alternatively, you can open a support ticket in the client area. You will receive
an email as soon as we complete your update.
